Bridges & Bourbon

Library Style Bar
The sleek contemporary design, and inviting décor of Bridges and Bourbon, sets the ambiance for an memorable dinning and cocktail experience. Featuring a library style bar with an unsurpassed selection of bourbon and any other liquor you can think of.

Our server for the evening, Erica, was gracious and accommodating. Her first question, "Do you have any dietary restrictions".  As I have a gluten allergy I was most impressed at how the selections were adjusted to fit my needs.

Dinner started with a cocktails and Fermented Blood Orange, Walnut Butter, and Radicchio salad, followed by Pillow Gnocchi, Lemon Ricotta, and Oyster Mushrooms,  and Tamari Braised Pork Belly, Brussels Kimchi, and Smoked Tofu Puree. Each dish was unique and flavorful .

Cocktails included , Guan Yu's Elixer, with components of Sake, Vermouth, and Ginger Liqueur, which blended into a truly enjoyable drink and "The Simple Truth" a smoking bourbon cocktail. Head bartender, Akkil Babb is a true artist and mixologist creating unique flavor experiences with dramatic presentation.

Neighboring tables delighted in the inventive, theatrical drink presentation, with The Elevated Cocktail menu offering selections for when the ordinary just won't do.

Just a four minute walk to the Benedum Center, Bridges & Bourbon is the ideal location for a pre or post theater cocktail or dinner. The new menu will debut on March 23.
