2017 Golden Globe Top Ten Gowns

Political controversy aside,  last night's Golden Globe's were a blend of fantasy fashions, shimmer, and sparkle.
The evening looks were very eclectic with a broad range of styles from metallic,  black velvet, and the stand out color of the evening, yellow.

1)  EMMA STONE

Emma Stone's Valentino gown featured sequin stars on chiffon.  Also a trend for the evening, plunging neckline.



2)  NICOLE KIDMAN

Nicole Kidman, in Alexander McQueen, could have bee so wrong, but she pulled it off beautifully, cold shoulder, sequins, feathers, illusion, with simple hair and make up.

3)  REESE WITHERSPOON

In the evening's signature color, Reese Witherspoon's strapless yellow sheath with revealing slit.



4) GINA RODRIGUEZ

The evening's trend of plunging neckline and sparkle by Naeem Khan.


5) DREW BARRYMOORE

Stunning in a romantic Monique Lhuillier, embellished with sequins, beads, and crystals.

6)  VIOLA DAVIS

The evening's signature yellow, one shoulder beaded sheath.
 
7)  GOLDIE HAWN 

Black Metallic off shoulder gown. Figure flattering and elegant.


8)  NAOMI HARRIS 

Plunging strapless gown by Armani Prive, glittering matte gold.



9)  BLAKE LIVELY

Black velvet gown by Versace.  Beautiful gold and beaded halter neckline and accents.

10)  MASIE WILLIAMS

Bateau neckline in a simple, elegant, sheath style gown with dramatic train by  Ong-Oaj Pairam
